Joseph P. Bartek has been focused on providing quality legal counsel for more than 25 years. With a dedication in the practice area of Personal Injury, he is an experienced negotiator and trial lawyer who cares about your case. His understanding of the legal system offers clients the guidance and support needed to reach resolution without compromising their rights.
Serving Washington State in Personal Injury
After receiving his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law, Joseph clerked for Snohomish County Superior Court Judge Daniel Kirschner for one year before joining a personal injury law firm in Seattle Washington. During the 2 years he worked for the firm, Joseph only had the chance to take one case to trial. While personal injury attorneys do not go to trial on the overwhelming majority of cases, Joseph knew that he had to be an experienced, aggressive and effective trial lawyer if he was going to be able to get the best settlement offers for his clients and get the best results when a case did go to trial.
In order to get the trial experience he needed and to work to help his community he served for 8 years at the Whatcom County Public Defender’s Office where he was promoted to senior deputy after only two years. His knack for the courtroom led to trying more than 60 cases including major drug and murder cases. The experience provided a strong foundation for his move into Personal Injury after opening his own office in 1999.
“If you are looking for an affordable, aggressive, experienced and professional attorney I highly recommend Joseph P. Bartek. He will fight for you.”
